Well, I can use the PES fan converter to convert a PES OF to WE.

What I want to do, though, is take that WE (converted) OF and convert it to a WE PS3 OF

OK, well it would be very useful for you to have mentioned option files in your first post because otherwise everyone reads that you're trying to change the game itself.

Hopefully the next version of the pesfan option file converter will allow you to convert the option files as you wish.
