How do I record gameplay and goals on PS3?

Yeah so I really want to record some sweet goals and gameplay and save them in a PC under a video format... (.AVI, .FLV, .MP4, anything)
Do I need a specific device to do that?

I would greatly appreciate help please... :S

oooh they look beautiful but also very expensive... do they sell these in Europe?

Would a HDMI cable that connects the TV to a PC and then do the recording on the PC work? (sorry if this sounds confusing...)

Yeah you can get them anywhere, that was just the first link I found. No I don't think that would work, but you could always give it a try
