How do you even use game plan settings?

In game plan you have 4 options - how do you even switch between them? There doesn't actually seem to be an obvious way to do so. I thought you would just go in and select it by pressing A, but when you go back to main menu and click on game plan it's just back to what it was before?

I want to know which folder are the team strategies stored in, reason I ask is cos I have made 4 strategies for every team as defaults standard/alternative/attack/defense..this is so you can change tactics on the fly without needing to pause the game, bu where is all this stored line ups strategies set piece taker players to go forward on set pieces etc anyone know?

What if you use the d-pad for directions? I'm from an olden time before thumb sticks, I just cant get the hang of them so use the d-pad instead. Can I do anything with game plan without pausing?

I thin on the PS3 last year you pressed SELECT then circle button. It cycled through the different stratagies, from 1 to 4. Haven't used it this year yet. It's very handy in game.

Thanks I'll give it a try and report back. I'm on PC by the way, well Windows Bootcamp on an iMac, but with Playstation buttons, so it should translate fine.

D-Pad, you press right to go from 1 to 2..and so forth.

Up and down are for other strategies, not part of the 4 formations

Yep this works for me, thanks very much. It's a bit fiddly to do during the action (I got a guy sent off whilst trying first time!) but works a treat when play is dead for a throw in, goal kick, corner etc. Thanks again.
