How does mlo playes develop???

I played and saw some one with Etto which i have to and he has 98 top speed and 97 responsability and more and i know he developed him ....
and i saw alot of players that have developed thier group players in the mlo....
can someone tell me how does it work? how to develop my group players??

They don't develop, but most likely the player has chosen 'speed' 'Team Type'.

That will increase speed at the expense of technique and i think teamwork.

You can set your 'Team Type' in the MLO main menu. :)
