How I can run with maximum speed

When I play with another person most of my team players run very slowly

with the ball or without the ball.

example in ManUt nany onlyone runs fast
although I press R1.
How I can run with maximum speed?
Or what command I should setted it?

or may be there is something in tatics that I should do.

and please give me a link for basic commands.

In BAL you only control yourself, you have no control over how fast your teammates will run mate

When your team have the ball you only control your self but i use the run button and i run in front a bit to force my teammates follow doing 2 or 3 times has an effect.

When your team is defending you press the speed button and the shoot button together and hold then down you will see your teammates running pressing to get the ball. Be careful if you do it to soon all the team goes back and defending ever the wing ss and you will find your self alone in front in an early counter nowhere to pass the ball so use it wisely.
