First off, its a Fifa spin off......

which is a big no no

I dont want to blast the game bc I stayed loyal to them and bought the game and will keep playing it--

However,after reading your comments before and complaints, I wont add to them but this is hands down the most unrealistic feeling Pes ever.

Stick figure characters w/ wild motions and horrible shots (distance)

The easier you press the shoot button the harder the shot is.......... what?

So if you press is a millisecond too long the ball goes flying over the bar.


Very disappointed in this game - Running to and from the ball is ridiculous - They look like special olympic athletes


However the rest of the game is amazing, all the other modes and features--- Brilliant

Graphics are great- Soundtrack! 2 thumbs up , very impressed

If anyone cares, thats my opinion

so you still haven't gotten the hang of shooting, like many others, who decide that its is a game flaw..... i wish i had recorded my games last night...i scored two screamers from 20 odd yards, with di natale and Giuseppe Rossi (Italy)...... filled the bar half way.....
i think the new patch fixed that, coz it wasnt this easy before, although possible..

put some effort into adapting to the new controls and u will be OK

How can you say its a fifa spin off? Theres big difference between fifa games and konamis football games. I wonder who you thinks been stealing konamis ideas until recent years? As for the animations i think they look more like real football than any other game out there. When you watch the game it looks like a real game of football. I don't get your stick figures bit at all.

As for the shots that just goes to show its yet another poster who hasn't or doesn't want to learn. The game has changed you gotta change the way you play too. The shots are fine just different to last years - Its based on timing as well as how hard you press the button. Time it right and you can score just like in previous versions. If anything it makes for better deeper gameplay compared to fifa games its a breathe of fresh air.

You do not have the feel for the shooting yet. It has taken me some time to get to grips with it. I believe it's an improvement over previous versions though.

It's nothing like fifa thank goodness. Learn to play the game and you will be rewarded with an astounding game of soccer.

Fifa 11 is truly shocking, how easports get away with producing such shoddy games is beyond me.
They should stick to boxing games and golf games as they don't have a clue how to produce a soccer sim.

Ok, so how do I slot in a finesse crossed shot? Because I can't seem to do it to save my life. No matter how I press the button (tapping it should be the logical way - it has worked like that for years) don't matter which player I have they just seem like they kick wherever they want to. Feels alot like another shitty football sim we have around.

I believe they did not put in effort in making new faces for the players since I can trace the current faces back to the 2 3 years ago PES. Stadium and crowd was poorly made, especially the crowd totally no life. Graphics in replay are still terrible, motions look awkward and not fluid compare to when you are playing.

I think it is the worst pes game ever. Today the defender from the other team in the ML pass to the keeper and he catch it with the hands.... man this is shit. if u dont belive i saved it!!!! I hate this game. If i cuold turn back in time i wuold nerver buy it again..... man I'm so angry...

if ur smart about cutting angles and sprinting, defenders won't catch up so easily...

and to answer the question earlier about rosters...I just changed the Italian team myself, according to who i believe should be on there...i also included antonini due to the lack of wing backs

PES has never genuinely implemented the backpass rule, afaik, but it's pretty rare to encounter an "intentional" violation in the game.

I had the same problem until i paused the game and watched messi slot a shot under the keeper on tv. Slow down and push the ball onto the better foot and out from under the player and try it. It will work. You will find like in real life, u need a little space to operate and the player should have the shot technique to pull it off. Not to mention your gaming skill.

This game is a work of art. If you have the skill to do it, you can put a pass anywhere and i mean anywhere on the field. I recently lobbed a through ball from the left midfield to the right attacking third and i'll tell u this, i used fabregas to make the pass and just like in real life, i killed the ball and watched the other player (nasri) make the run before perfectly weighting the pass for his pace. I have never done that in any fifa game.

Guys I changed my mind. The game is awsome! I need only a little more praxis!
My problem is now how to put in the ball without that the keeper get it everytime!

Also direct shot arent mucc effectiv anymore!
