The role player in me would like to see my player play for a few teams in his career. I usually don't like players who float to whichever team the wind blows him to. So far I've played for A.C. Chievo Verona for two years, then to Man U for one year, and then just transfered to Liverpool for my fourth year. I would like to end up on C. Atletico Madrid and end my career there, but have not got any offers from La Liga.

How many of you stick it out with the same team for a few years before transfering?

Well, im now starting my 7th season... and it was like:

Aston Villa - 2 seasons
I'm playing with an AMF, and not much teams in Premier League use an AMF role, so, i started playing as CMF, and with lot of crappy stats it really sucks, but, anyway we ended in the third position of the league and reached the final in the Cup.
I was kinda looking to a better team for the next or at least a team where i could play as AMF. But the offers was not good enough, so i keep in Aston Villa.
Its really important in earlier seasons, the amount of games you play due to the great amount of experience you win. And playing in Aston Villa, i had champions league, league and cup, so played about 45 games, wich its a lot!
C.F Valencia - 2 seasons
After finishing my second season with Aston Villa, finally came a good offert for me, playing as AMF in a pretty good team, who has qualified to champions league, and, the best of all was that Villa its on the team.
Won Champions League, Cup and League with Valencia, and i enjoyed so much the game in there that i decided to keep one more season.
Lyon
Again playing as CMF, i had good games playing in this team, but it really sucks to an AMF who is playing as CMF. As everybody knows, AI sucks and i had to keep defending and attacking all the time, so it was really hard to won the league.
Lyon have very good players, but the AI make every possible thing to make them useless.
So after i've finished the season, i dint want to keep in there, so i run to
Manchester United
Here i enjoy all the matches i played, the team its really really good, rooney play almost all the games, and he is a really good hand on attack. The defend line its really good too. Even that i was playing here as CMF too, i ddnt had to bother on defending too much.
But the problem at the end of the season was that im getting tired of my player :p
I've already won al awards possible, so i just wanna get the individual trophies im missing. That's why i wont keep playing for Manchester United.

Soo, after all, the only think it matters is if you're having fun in the team you already are. The only bad thing i've found on playing 2 seasons in La Liga, was the BIIIGGG amount of games against Barcelona and Real Madrid (2 league, 2 cup and 2 Champions League).
