How to achieve "Great team spirit" in MyClub?

There are like 15 tasks to complete in MyClub and the last one is to have great team spirit (sorry, I use it in spanish, I think that would be the translation, or great team chemistry).
Has anyone achieved it? I have a squad with 98 team spirit, I play games and nada. Nothing.
Anyone?

i did. i put all the players with 99% tactical fit with manager. but some player only go up to 94% no matter how much i played and some 84%.

Use subs it well go up mine is ts90 this is what over players say

So what exactly needs to be true to trigger that achievement. Can somebody rephrase it for me? Sorry.

edit: And how do you get those percentage values per player anyway?

if u go into "my club member" then press L2. it will show u the tactical fit of each of ur players with the manager u are using (max of 99). Make a team with all the players with a 99 tactical fit to unlock the "Great team spirit" achievement.
if u use a player who has a low tactical fit with the manager for 10 games and u win most of them, their tactical fit will go up. for some player it goes up to 99, some up to 94 and stop, sometime they even stop at 84.
