How to add manager pictures?

Really simple one, but I've already tried JFGI and couldn't find the answer.

So, how do I add a manager picture?
- What's the pixel size and file format used?
- How do I load it into the game so its available to select?

- Go to import image > manager > select the pic you want.
- The best size is 256x256. I think the best is .png but .jpg not bad either.
- After you import the image, go to Manager and select the manager you want. Select the bottom choice > load image > select what you want.
