hey, in the PS3 version I believe you can use your master league team by going to other leagues and they should be in there somewhere, however, any development your have done to your players will not count so they will only have stats from the start of your campaign/ or when they first come into the game, if that makes sense...

eg, you have a player that originally had stats of 80 for speed and you developed them into 95, they will only play at the 80 stat when you play online, same goes for all other stats, hope you understand.

As for chatting in Network mode, I have no idea because I'm PS3.
