How to control player salary?

I playing pes 2010 in Master League and always winned all cup and my players always asking for higher salary when contract renewal coming. How to control it and give a salary not much?

Don't think there is a way. I was that far through I couldn't afford to keep my players because winning never covered the wages. So I've now basically lost all my overpaid players by not re-newing their contracts. After 2 seasons struggling I've finally got my wage budget to under a 100 mill. I just been signing players from my youth team and when a contract re-newel comes up which im not happy with I let them go.
Had Gattuso at 16 from my youth, he was rubbish and after 1 season he wanted 3 mill wages, so I waved good bye to him.

Its true that some players ask to much. Especially when they are so called internationals. For example, I had a gay euh.. guy named Kim Jon Yeol - or something like that - in my youth team. He was good, I gave him a professional contract (37.500 no problem). Then after a year he suddenly wants 500.000. Crazy, if you ask me. He was a regular sub and talent so I thought: lets say 200.000 en youre good, but he said no and went as a free agent to PSV the next season. Hate that, because this way the players have to much power (not that that isnt realistic, but still, as a manager it sucks)

It's becomes very difficult once your teams rocks, but one thing you should do is think about the contract lengts. Thoose can be used strategially as a sort of 'damage control' to greedy players salary. At the beginning when you got a players on a salary you find fair, give him relatively short contracts. Once you see his salary is about to take off, give him a long contract. This way it's possible to keep a really valuable player for up to 5 seasons on a much lower wage. Once the 5 years are up the trouble returns though. Also be aware that some players will reject contract if you alter the lengt of them. To avoid this, sometimes it's worthwhile to offer them a higher wage than they request to make them swallow the longer contract period. Theese contract negotiations are a delicate matter. If you don't consider it cheating, you could save before entering theese with key players and load if it breaks down.

for example, my player anderson got his salary before only 5 thousand and after contract renewal coming, he ask me to pay 15 thousand... lolz....!

There's nothing you can do, ultimately. If they have high affection for the club, you can sometimes knock about 10% off by renegotiating, but that's about it. I currently have an 82-rated youth defender wanting a raise from 500k to 3m, and several others making similar demands. I'm considering sacking the whole fecking lot of 'em. I'll pay my 104-rated player a few million, but not a 20-year-old CB who makes maybe 10 starts a season! The percentages of increase are always wildly unrealistic. Really hope they've fixed this for 2011.

Just wondering which team u using and what game level u playing?

Personally, I've never had any problems with contracts mainly cos I've managed to win just about everything for the past 4 seasons(AS Roma) on Top Player and the Sponsorships (incl. bonuses for winning home matches or winning cups) and Fan Membership income cover my salary and a bit more as well.

I've a youth policy whereby I scout for promising young players to sign on the cheap (Hazard, Secerovic, Rodwell, Cork, Candreva, Lukaku, Okaka, Wijnaldum, Eriksen, etc.) and promote youth team players (Filecovic, Ivarov, Stein, Ruskin, Tamada, Guito, Belenguer) on dirt cheap salaries. I would pay a bit more on the initial salaries to tie them to a 5 yr contract whereby I can win everything with them and to earn more money to cover any raises they would demand from future contracts.

I then sell established players once they reach 30 and above (David Pizzaro, Riise, Juan, Doni, Cassetti, Perotta, Taddei, Julio Baptista, etc.). So far, this has netted me a good load of money cos the CPU teams seem more than happy to buy these older players who have higher overall ratings but declining graphs so, I'm more than happy flogging them off.

I have a newly created player on my ML team, 3 months on the team, when contract renewals came across he wasn't on the list for a contract renewal but then the team scout says he's put his contract on hold, I don't get it?? He was not supposed to ask for a renewal yet, he wasn't on the list for it and yet he's put talks for renewal on hold!!!!, yeah I expect to loose him by season's end, I think on my original negotiation for him I should have offered him a bit more with at least a 2 year contract.

I actually started over and offered the created player a more decent contract, this solved it, no issues of renegotiating nor putting contract on hold.

im paying Juan Mata 15 mill , Remy 18 mil , abate 20 mil...all have above 95 overall ratings now....

all my players are worth more than 3 million and i started with the PES team that had shit players...remember has this brazilian old guy named castro or something hahaha....

my keeper Blazek is 98 and is only 19 , my cb DIAB is 98 and is 22 years old!!! Palmieri has a rating of 92...

i've won the UCL 4 times in the last 4 seasons...i had the original team for 2 seasons then i was able to revamp!

totti is a total bullshit!!!!his old but always gets a top scorer award.....his salary was 9 mill....but then,the renewal contract says totti slary 11 mill.........so,i sent down the wages n he releases to free agent!!!!!
