How to convert my PES6 OF in .max or .cbs formact?

Hello!

I'm trying to convert my PES6 Option File that is named "BESLES-54203PES6OPT" (an folder with 03 files) to .max format, or .cbs format, but i haven't any idea how to do that.

I already tried use the PS2 savebuilder program, but it seems to do only the reverse process (.max/.cbs to Option File Folder).

Someone have an idea about what i have to do?

Remembering that I don't have Max Drive device, once it's not sold in Americas
