How to crate a new team?

Hi guys I'm having a problem. I want to crate a new team for the master league with the default PES players (Minanda,..) but the only thing I can do is select an existing club and put the default players in it. Is the option to create a new club and advance from the low league gone? Hope not.. Any help very welcome!

As I know, you can't create a "new", Because there are limited number of teams in PES.
That's why Option Files' makers replace Eredvise with Budesliga.

Maybe you would like to play with PES or WE Teams, As long as you can edit them completely.
