Here's my personal method:
Good luck and let me know how it works for you.
PS.
- You have to be able to read the match when a through ball is going to take place
- Commonly this happens when a CF or SS runs forward and a passing player has some space to execute a pass
- Immediately flick your right stick (I'm using PS3) toward your last defender (CB) to switch your cursor to him, and make him run deep to the back
- Using L1 to change cursor is mostly not fast enough (or doesn't switch to the right defender), while using right stick can switch your cursor manually and directly to CB
- Using manual offside trap is also advisable, but probability of getting a bad timing is common - considering possible gameplay lag, etc (in my case)
Good luck and let me know how it works for you.
PS.
- My Cursor Change setting is 'semi-assisted'
- IMO, those *spammers* are actually playing a real football. We just have to know how to defend against it. As we can see, there are so many unbelievable passes/shots in real football also. However, that's an argument for another thread.
