HOW to edit PS4 PES 2017 teams on a PC

Hi all,
Basic question. I want to replace a EFL team with a League 2 team. I have created the kit, but I want to go through and edit each player's name, squad # and skills/attributes.

It seems like this would take an age on the PS4, is there a quicker way of doing it on a PC? I have seen the Lagun editer but cannot figure it out!

Yes if there was some sort of PC ps4 bin editor that would let us do the work on PC that would be spectacular.

Instead of taking me 3 hours to make a team on PS4 I bet I could do it in 45 minutes on PC
