How to export OF from Xbox 360 to PC then....

Hi all. I have few problems couse i new at that stuff so:
How to export OF from Xbox 360 to PC then modify that with of from PC game (exactly put one team from 1 to another). Then how to import OF to Xbox 360.

I need link to complete tutorial or please write it here.
Which name in the memory of the Xbox is this Option file? Save data?

put a usb device in the xbox (must be more than 1gb)
go to memory settings in xbox, click on the device and i think press configure
when that is done go to hard disk where the PES files are and press y on it, then select copy and select USB device you just configured
pull usb stick out of xbox and plug into pc
you need slashs xbox loader to view the files though, they will appear blank on windows

Ok but what name has this OF for pes, there are many files, which should i copy? So there is a method to put teams from pc option file to xbox OF ?

only copy the UNIFORM files, leave the others. no only xbox files. If you want I will make a youtube video to show you?

I had information that is no way to export players with stats from of from PC so i create all players in edit mode. Now i want to export textures from faces logos etc form one team and only this i want to do. I know that the of (xbox)is in Edit data pes file. So if you could help me in this ;P
