How to import pes option file to ps3?

Greetings everyone,

First time PES Gamer here. I was wondering if anyone can give me the step by step process on how to import an option file to PES 2016 on PS3. I'm using BLUS31654 for US version its attached below. I need to know in detail what format my USB needs to be, what folders to create in it, what needs to be downloaded into it and how to import into PS3 on to PES 2016. I'm trying to figure it out on my own right now, with no luck at all. I keep getting messages like "can't read another user's edit data" and when go to import images it says "There are no images." :crymore: Please help, thanks in advance!
