How to read player form?

I am little confused how pes player form works. for e.g if a player has 80+ rating with green arrow and another one with 60+ with red/orange arrow. which should I pick. Similarly how much stamina level effect the form (above green arrow) and player rating (80+).


Another thing I want to know how much player performance effected if I change players default position e.g playing a CB at CMF or above and SS at CMF or lower

If you for example play CB at CMF without the CB not having playing in that position learnt (you can learn him it thru speciality training), then usually the rating goes below 30-40. Just put him into that position and it will show what rating he has while playing in that position.

It's from PES5, but I guess it's still going strong in PES 2010.

a question about form....the player has condition for example 5, his form is blue arrow i put constantly in the team and his form rarely goes up, per more stays the same or goes down (i talk about comunity league mode)

Bingo, so a player with 85 Agility and a red form arrow will have 95 effective Agility (85x1.12 = 95.2)
