How to update players and transfers? (pes2013)

Hi

I don't find the way to update the teams according to the transfers been made in real life.

I only found an update in which i got 30 new pair of shoes.

Can somebody help me?

i did this myself (only 2 hours of work!):

from there you can select all countries and leagues....
