I created an online Master League, and the free negotiation player thing at the start, was Xavi, i don't see the point in having one of the best players in the game right at the very start. Was this meant to happen? Who did you get:shocking:?

Well, i went onto the negotiations menu and it triggered a tutorial, it told me to negotiate with Xavi, as he was the only player there, and it said he wanted to join and now i have him :S Its all too confusing for a n00b like me haha

I do not think you are playing online.
It's normal at the start of Master League that you get an offer for one Player (mostly old players)

But on the menu, i selected Master League, then it said,

New

Load

Online

I chose online and it made me select a new team, i chose the Master League default team, and it told me to negotiate with Xavi :/

Impossible.
You are not playing MLO, because you start MLO with a Team from the game with a default ML Squad, and then buy Players, you are not offered an player there.
You're playing the normal offline Master League.

It's probably because his team is ranked high regardless of the players that is why he can sign xavi.
Anyway i started of as the ml default squad with crystal palace in the npower championship and guess what, i got iniesta for 30 mil straight away on medium transfer market. I also got Perin, piatti and alexis sanchez for 10 mil together and i was below my money so i was forced to sell my crappy players.

Yeah, it was offline lol,

I went online, im in division five, with £1,000,000....

Every team i play in the D5 Cup, has Henry, Eto'o, Pires etc,. It still doesnt make sense haha

Well thats because the majority of players have been playing since the game was released, granted they're not particularly great because they have decent players and are still languishing in Div 5.

ah, I understand, they all suck, they can only score cutbacks and crosses, no real build up, just through balls through the middle or the wing, Gutierrez and Odozo or something more than make up for it though ;)

Using a laptop or home computer on the internet seriously lags the internet connection as well on the PES servers.
