Konami really needs to do something about this shit, in the mean time I will be getting Vagner Love to counter these SOB's.

He's very good, but I decided to quit altogether eventually because this just isn't football to me. The only way to beat them seems to be to join them, or else play tons of coach mode to build up your squad so that you are unbeatable. Now though, every time I'm losing in coach mode they disconnect. It's just a total joke this year online in my experience...

Yes building a good team will help you a lot of course with your good defending skills but every time he get's trough like that you'll get pissed off. I have a nice team and that kind of player's ain't that much problem as they were but i get so annoyed when they actually go trough that in most cases I lose a game :erm:

Never have purchased these kind of players. They wouldn't get into my squad to be honest. My attacking options on the bench are Van Persie, Higuain, Pato, Kaka & Ozil. So you could imagine.

I hear ya. It's so deflating to see such an easy goal that requires so little skill. When it happens it just ruins the game for me because I feel like they can score ten more like that at will, while in the meantime I am trying to play with possession and build up...

The sad thing is that if you play PES 2013 right there is the possibility of some brilliant and beautiful goals, perhaps moreso than in any version in the past.

speedy forwards are in because heading is pretty much out this year. its hardly a use having a big centre forward.

i'm absolutely sick of playing against van der mirch, mphela, et al.

i'm getting better at defending against them, but i nearly always concede a goal, sooner or later, against these sprinters.

what really galls me, is that they have terrible shooting stats (worse than the defaults), but nearly always score when one-on-one (especially vdm).

i play with huntelaar, up front. in real life, a top quality centre forward.

in pes, he has amazing stats (heading and shooting in the nineties), but because he's slow, he'll never be as effective as the aforementioned speed freaks.

also, i've never scored a header with him, but i'm not sure if that's me, or the gameplay.

Who the f**king hell is Van der Mirch. All i ever see online is Van Der Mirch scoring all the f**king time. Just because he has 93 pace or whatever hes the best player on the game. The constant lag on the defenders does help attacking sides massive with the game but how can a player as you say like Huntelaar not be more effective than some randomer? Everytime I see this guy no matter what or who i play he out paces and scores against me and my back 4 of D.Alves,Kompany,Pique,A.Cole... How can that be?

This is one of many reasons PES has lost so many people to FIFA in the past few years. If it wasnt for the fixed player game play with my pals I would have take Van der mirch and this game straight to blockbuster and swapped it for this is football(ps1)!!!!!

So man up and remove yourself from the pit of assisted misery and explore the rabbit hole know an NO ASSISTS....

By doing so you will find PES 2013 to be the best football sim to date without question.

Set the pass assist to zero, put the manual shot ON, and search only similar assist levels, it is BLISS

I am giving up the game for now because of the van der mirch,doumbia spam.

I will try finding players on manual pass after a few days.(I love how the game plays on Manual pass bar set to 0 )...If i don't find any opponents on manual pass ' 0 ', ill give up on the game entirely unless konami makes drastic changes to the online gameplay in the next patch.

this guy sucks so much that i don t like to play pes again. itś so unrealistic. in mlo. the most important player are just fast players. the other statistics doesn t matter. van der mirch, mphela, martins, walcott, agdelabour ...... that sucks. please pes. edit the skills of these players. or edit the speed engine. it could not be that a player like van der mirch is better in mlo as a huntelaar or a benzema.

you destroy the game with this players.

i like to play with, holtby, kroos, falcao and co, so please. edit the players. it will be much more better if you just take the player skills from fifa. 2013. but the skills of fifa 13 are so bad.....

Play on pass support zero it will get rid of 50 percent of negative elements as far as MLO is concerned and about 70 percent of the negative elements as far as ranked matches are concerned.
you aren't left with any other option.

I don't think it is fair that you can buy the most played and game exploiting striker for 1.5 million euros with a 10 matches wages @ 50k

Think that's the problem, Konami have made it far too easy to use this guy, you can't really blame the players for using a player who is one of tghe best and cheapest strikers in the game. The most obvious sign to them should be when guys who've built up fortunes in the bank leave off superstars like Eto'o and Messi in favour of a £1.5 mill forward- that's gotta prove that something's not right! Only Konami can fix this- same thing happened last year with Barretto and Mphela amongst others, a regular patch to smooth out irregularities like this would do the trick

Konami spoke about this last year or the year previous. They are there to help the Pes gamer who can only play 2-3 hours a week. That gamer is never going to have a superstar team, so to make the games abit fairer against people who play 30-40 hours a week, they have included (buffed) these players.

And the only players who are 'konami made up players' that I can think of are Van der mirch and petorbenov.

Mphela is a south african striker who played for spurs for abit I think
Barretto is a brazilian striker who played for milan youth team and others in italy
Miyachi plays for Arsenal.


I hve no problem with VDM anymore as my defenders muscle him off the ball. My problem now is with Hulk.. atleast he's real though

Hi guys, just wondering who is that Van Der Mirch guy...does he even exist? His finish is like Ibras and his pace is Etoo and its like some script or something: first half he cant do crap and suddenly all the noob spamming through passes work in the second half.

I actually did a search of pes forums and registered here just to hear your opinions on how to defend against that ridiculous play (10 players in defence, abovestated superman in attack and spam through pass).

Also do you find it normal that 50m defence cannot deal with that 1.5m striker and spam through pass?
