Lets see, what happens on june 1st, it seems a step in the right direction for sure, but im waiting to see what EA are coming out with, i think fifa 11 news comes out this coming week, but it seems pes is returning to a skill based game and the inclusion of this new completley manual system should get rid of moronic ping pongers and favour the more skilled player if implemented correctly.

Yeah they defintely need to get rid of the arcarde style system of every pass going straight in predetermined direction and rigid motions of players operating only in small grids. And for goodness sake make the game harder. Make the AL able to attack and score properly not hit retarded shots of pass back to player outside the box when they are through on goal.

Adam may have packed his ps2 away, but i started playing pes2010 on ps2 last night, not too bad so far, very rigid, and im pretty shit at it, having hardly played pes since 2008, still, i enjoy the goal variety, ball physics and the finishing, plus master league might be hooking me in again, woke up this morning and thought of playing some master league, been a while since ive had that feeling.

Same. Pes 5 is better than 6 overall in my opinion because it required more skill to play it. And it was addictive.
Even though I am enjoying my Manager mode in fifa 10 (in my 5th season) (but the glitches suck), pes 5's master league was more addicting for some reason, maybe the variety it had. I am not sure exactly.

variety might be it, technically i feel fifa is superior because i can do more on the ball, but fifa is very samey and doesnt have enough depth.

on a more serious matter ,

fifas freedom and animations , are simply what have got me playing it constantly , i have PES aswell play both , FIFA LACKS individuality which is for me a huge problem... simply to say that if PES had freedom and animations of FIFA ,... i wud never play any other game again[i wud be hooked].

PES needs this year to take that freedom and animations further, i dont mind if they have a game like FIFA WC which also has a brilliant online mode , which i pray master league online will conqour.It just needs to get rid of every rigid and robotic feel , and it needs it tweaks .

I am PES though and through... Ever since the age of like 6 I used to watch my dad play PES4 and get raped by Manchester United or Arsenal, the teams would play as they did in real life. Thierry Henry would pace that box like non-other, I eventually got myself a PES, I remember going to the shop and I had the choice between sensible soccer and PES5, i got PES5 since then I have said it was the best gaming decision I have made in my life! It is totally a unique game implementing real individuality and just total greatness!
I got an Xbox360 later on and PES2008, I played it to death about 1 year straight, I must admit I did enjoy it although it was not a patch on the real PES!!!
Now for PES2009, it was ok. Just a medioka game going nowhere really.

PES2010 i think is herendous tbh, I find the improved master league is actually backwards, stuff that us PESFans dislike, to complexed I just want to fucking play the game without some fucker telling me that my players are turning shiter then they already are! Not a good game at all!

PES2011, my dream is that it will be a PES5 HD remake with more 360 control, BRING BACK THE HAY DAYS!

Now we know their fake its definitely a good thing. They wernt very possitive about the game and put a downer on the hype. The only people we can trust is john murphy, penpas and a handful of others. So anything you've heared from them 2 has been confirmed as bs.

How has this been confirmed, last year that ronaldinho bloke released some screenshots before everyone else, and from what i read, he has contacts in konami spain, he himself isnt the guy in the know, ill hop onto evo web and wenb and see what those fuckers are chatting about.ps adam said he was legit last week im sure of it, not that adam has a fucking clue what he's saying half the time.

Yeah, thats true, but its just infuriating, i just broke my copy of pes 2010 on pes2, the AI cheating was a bit too much, i score in the 85th min with pato, they hoof it down the other end about 3 of my defenders run out the way, and the bloke curls it in and keeper didnt even move, total disgrace, too much cheating in that game for me, the was one goal where dida moved onto one of the posts, leaving the whole goal open and coicindently, the computer then fires 20 yard shot where the cpu goalie should have been and the tackling is just appalling, everyone is messi.

I mean, im not good at PES anymore (or even fifa to be honest) but thats just insane when you got unknown players from olympiakos running though your entire defense, the stats do not count for the CPU opposition and the game was just so damn rigid, im convinced that what makes players miss passes in pes, not nesscarily the stats. As I have always said, the individuality in pes is overrated, certainly in this game, pes6 was more balanced but i aint be arsed to play that right now.

Still looking forward to seeing pes 2011, gonna wack on pes 2010 on xbox now for jokes just to see how it compares. Fifa is good for a few games, then its samey, the best fifa i played was 09 and thats the best next gen footy game i played to date. (alot of people say 08 was the true footballers version of fifa) but fifa 09 just had something about it, certainly more than the garbage that is fifa 10, world cup is better than fifa 10, but basically thats just ping pong counter attack football, and the shooting and heading is pants.....end of.

Lol Adam and a few other on wenb found out that Ron guy today. Apparently Adam wrote something (can't rly remember what) and then ron went onto evo web pulling it off as his own immedietly after. Adam has condemed him, konami Spain have aswell I think. Was sometime this afternoon.

RVP guy has also been condemed due to evidence of something surfacing but can't remember what. Anyhow, Adam has proof they were lying and a few others have also backed the claims they were lying.
