Hi dears,

My PS4 should not go online for some reasons, so i couldn't login into my PSN account at all.

So, as importing Option Files needs to go online first, is there any solution to import OF while i 'm offline?

i heard something about edit package file or so on.

I already googled as well as searched forum but didn't find any result.
