Importing Error

I downloaded Nico Ultras 2019 file and when trying to import it shows 2 files for each one, with the second file having a "._" before each file name. This is going from Mac to PS4, and I don't know why that extra file was created.

Problem is, when trying to import you have to go through a ridiculously long list to select the correct file for each import, as using the "Select All" option selects the duplicate files which cannot be imported.

Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. Thought I'd report it here, in case anyone is listening.
