Hello,

I have the game already. I like it a lot, the AI is smarter and there are so many different tactics options that you can change on the go using the D Pad.

No issues with goal keepers. Defense is fun and you have to cover the holes. A lot of good animations that I didn't see on the demo.

Love that players feel very different. Neymar is so fun to play with because he has signature animations.

The are two big concerns that I have with the game.

Shooting: This needs be patched. Too many shots on target and perfect hit balls. Nothing changed from the demo.

Pace: Faster than the demo. -1 is still too fast but -2 is too slow. We need -1.5

Messi: this guy is unstoppable in the game. I can score whenever I want with him with manual shooting. The problem is he is too fast, quick and has perfect dribbling.

I'm not an master of PeS but scoring 4 goals with Messi in top level is not realistic.

Did they fix the issue that offensive players do not move towards the ball after a pass while defenders always do?

1) Is the face editor the same as in PES 15?
2) Can you really add only 335 kits?

Nope. It's super annoying having to play with last season squads so I'm playing a lot of International Friendlies.

National teams don't have official kits anymore at least no the ones I played with.

1. It's definitely easier in Top class and Superstar. In one game I scored 6 goals with Messi on Top Class.

Then I changed to manual passing and shooting and lost all games after that. Loving my current settings.

2. Graphics improved but some how they look worse than the demo from play cam. I will have to start the demo again to compare but I noticed that pitch texture is awful from play cam.

3. Fouls are the same as demo and 15.

Imo,

Fix Shooting
Fix fouls
Increase dribbling difficulty

And we have the best game ever.

Hopefully, they'll patch it soon enough.

Does anyone know when we'll get new squad update?

When you try edit mode- will you be able to check League Structure and see what you can do with it? I would suspect it's the same as last year where you can only change teams within the same continent. Ie Euro teams can only be switched with Euro teams etc.

I'm disappointed to hear about the shooting because it's dull in the demo. Very little variety in it. It was good in 15. I can't believe they didn't fix the fouls. Its worse than last year.

The demo was also too easy to dribble in, which made it bit of a bore too. Is it even worse now? Also, is level 1 pass assistance the same as the demo, or is it like 15?

I, too, have the game early. Picked it up on Thursday.

A few of the quickest takeaways:

Speed in game is much faster, too fast. Kind of like FIFA. Very back and forth, too ping-pongy. I've settled on playing -1, as -2 is too slow for me.

There are very few fouls. I had one game playing as Peru vs. Chile where Chile had six fouls, but aside from that it's mostly 1-2 or 0 fouls in 15 min games.

Computer, even at higher difficulties, gets caught (for lack of a better word) dilly-dallying on the ball. Some of the fun physicality of the demo is also lost.

Another big one: CPU is in attack mode a lot more than in the demo. Not many instances where it just keeps possession for possession's sake. Haven't caught myself chasing them around anxiously (but fun) to get the ball like in the demo.

All in all, it's still a fun game and much more fun than FIFA (I've converted back to PES this year). I'm enjoying it, but there are noticeable flaws.

I saw on Twitch there is a lot goals, a lot 7-6 6-5 results (online) .
Tempo it's very high and goals like in hockey :/
My first impression after 2 hours watching it's bad :/

How is that better? Makes it less realistic. You don't get many free kicks, you'll rarely get a penalty kick, and you'll almost never play against 10 players because no one will ever get sent off.

This referee bug is one of the biggest in the game, IMO.

Since a few people had it early like myself. What score would you give the game? I have seen a lot of 9/10 and 10/10 which I think are paid reviews.
I think the game should be 8.5/10. It's a great game but lacking just that little something to make it awesome. I give them a pass on the kits and leagues as that is out of their control but the gameplay needs a bit more fine tuning. MyClub just seems to be throwing things at you in the sense of too much information. They need to break it up a bit. Master League is great but there's a little glitch when using customs kits. Sometimes players don't show when selecting kits. All forwards seem to be strong than any defense players. So many times they just put the defender off and keep on running.

In honesty, ive had a fair few fouls given in the pes 2016 demo. I hated in pes 2015 all the fouls given. Yellow cards were given for absolute nothing tackles. It drove me mad at times.
