Increasing focus points?

So I worked my butt off to play for Arsenal after starting out in the Eredivisie.

But it seems like the total focus points are still the same. I don't get this. I remember in PES 2012, you got more focus points when you moved to a better team.

Can anyone help me out?

Also, this is kind of unrelated, but does it bug anyone else that there's no way to see the past awards you received?
