Insane fast replays and movies - help needed

Hello everybody,

My PES2010 is running replays and caption movies at such supersonic speeds that I can't see (don't have enough time) almost anything there.

That spoils and ruins the entire game experience while gameplay itself is running flawless smooth at this machine:

AMD Phenom X4 True Quad Core 940 Black Edition 3.0 Ghz
Gigabyte ULTRA-DURABLE MA790GP Motherboard
Corsair 4GB 800 Mhz RAM
Seagate 1.5 HDD
XFX ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2 2GB GDDR5 2 x 256 Bit, Catalyst 9.10, Crossfire Enabled
Windows XP SP3 32 Bit

CCC Settings:

16X AA
16X AF
Mipmap Quality - High
Wait for Vertical Refresh - Always Off
Catalyst A. I. - Advanced

PES2010 settings:

1680 x 1050 16:9 Resolution
High Settings
Vertical Synchronization - On

It is impossible to play with such insane fast intro and other caption movies, replays. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
I had similar problem with PES 2009 when the Vertical Synch was ON and Frame Skipping OFF. Switching Vertical Synchronization OFF solved my problem. First try to switch it off in PES setting menu. Obviously video quality drops down a bit as the screen tears in the middle but than you may try to switch it back ON in your graphic card settings. I have an option in my GeForce card "force Vertical Synch. ON". You just need to try few combinations with these setting and choose best for you. Hope it was helpful.

Don't forget to try to turn ON the frame skipping. That solved mine in previous years. Goo luck.

Thanks for help, guys - turned off frame skipping and solved that problem. Left the Vertical Synchronization turned on for great picture sake, it does not make any difference in framerate in my case.
