Is it just me or has patch 3 ruined the game?!

Since installing patch 3 my players seem to have a mind of their own sometimes... they wont receive passes properly half the time and it's harder to pass the ball around. Also it's now not uncommon for the CPU to have 3 shots and score 3 goals, there seems to be more scripting at work (I play on professional level btw). Patch 2 was fine and there's no way to go back to it

I don't notice that problem on PC. At least the AI defender is smarter now, I don't have to be insane about through-ball spammers.

If it's the december patch we're talking about, I haven't noticed anything really, except defending AI seems slightly better, but that's probably due to me signing better defenders.

The 1.03 patch, think it's the Dec one yeah. It's strange because the 1st few sessions the game felt horrible and like it was on drugs, but then I saw something on another forum about setting the Att/Def level to Defensive in the team setup and it played much better (seemed to have an effect on the CPU team aswell). I have played again since then without bothering with the att/def level and it seemed fine! Weird.

Totally agree. Players does have a mind of their own. Players are clumsy,slow where as the opposition seems to be the exact opposite. Opposition attackers literally run pass 3 players of mine with ease. I have been playing now for 25 minutes attacking like crazy with no goals. The passing is absurd. Opposition just scored with their first attempt.....hell yeah...PES 2013 from reasonable realistic to absurd.....

This is the half time stats City(AI) 4(2) 2 goals to show for it vs United(me) 8(5)-1 goal to show for it.

Needless to say I lost the game. Final stats City 4(2) vs United(me) 13(7) and only 1 goal. Just so you know both games I lost to City I installed the patch was FA and Champions league finals.....

I am going to delete this patch!

Why don't they leave the darn run of game-play up to the gamer?

I fall in love with patch 1.02 but couldn't play SMOKE patch so i waited to be compatible with kitserver..So after trying 1.03 i need to agree,i won't say game is ruined but with the latest patch they went back to vanillia gameplay.

Now once again free kicks are 100% goal,and stuff wich happened in vanillia is happening again,for example we are leading whole game with 2-0,and then in last minute they score 3 goals and its like WTF.
