Is it possible to be a manager and watch matches?

Is it possible to be a manager of a team, and watch 3d league/cup matches and make tactical changes for that team during 3d matches, in this game?I don't like playing soccer games actually but I love being a manager of a team and watch 3d matches.Is it possible?I saw a video of Pes2014 cpu vs cpu match but the person watching the match was able to make tactical changes for both of the teams,this confused me a bit.Don't recommend me manager games like football manager 2014 because I didn't like their match engine.

Yes in the formation menu, at the bottom is the option for "coach mode".

Actually,before reading your answer yesterday,I was looking for how I can watch matches in competition but I was unable to find it.Your answer helped me finding and enabling coach mode,thanks.
