Is there a way to move single teams/players between option files?

I want to put Reading/Sheffield Utd/Watford on my game and i have them on one option file, but if i use the PESFan editor i have to replace every player/team if i want to move them over to my current option file.

I've spent a long time editing every player on my current file and don't want to lose it all so is there a way i can simply replace Birmingham/Sunderland/West Brom with the three teams above without affecting any other teams?

Open the OF you want to transfer them into with PESFan, then open the OF they are in as an OF2. Go to the Team tab, find the team to replace, double click and select the team to replace with. Then go to the Transfer tab, move every player that is in a National Team out of the old team, then one-by-one select each player in the team, double click, then click 'Import from OF2' and find the player to replace them with. Repeat for all players.
