Is there an PS3 option file with just Badges, logos, etc.

I just realized this may be the wrong section to ask questions. If so, Modders please move.

Is there an option file for just Badges and logos. I downloaded the options file from WENB, but I was wondering if anyone had a PS3 option file with logos and such? I searched this site, but couldn't find it. I am missing it, or does one not exist?
