You take over an existing computer-controlled team I believe, and all divisions have the same season times. Currently nine games are gone in season 6, so that's where you're starting from. If you're second, it'll mean you've got a handy squad.

Better than my team who have an overall rating of 6 stars although I think we're almost up to 7 now. Almost all of players had a 5 star rating (its out of 10 by the way) when I took over and now a handful have 6 stars.
