When do I choose my team players for that match? Shall I do it now then change it back to my first team after the match or what?

PS.What will happen If I just leave my first team on for both matches, will my players still be fairly fit for the second match? First game is at 10:00 second is at 1pm.

I find that my players don't tire during friendlies. Am I the only one who's experienced this?

I was top of my division after seven matches (six wins and a draw). Since then, I've drawn and lost.

It is good, and its got a nice level of depth to it.
