if your game is BLES 1408 the PESFan.it OF will have Serie B kits. not sure if all the emblems will be included, though

you can still download the OF to extract the kits. you'd just have to put them in the game yourself. So after you download the OF, extract the files, go through the folders and look for the PNGs of the Serie B teams. Copy them to your flash drive and then copy them to your PS3. Then in the editor, just go in and manually add the PNGs for each team.
