LakoLako's (XBOX 360) Option File?

Just wondering if I should release an option file which would contain the following changes to TROEDALBAER'S v3.1 option file.
The file would contain some kits made by DAYMOS and some updated by me
-Some player statistics updated (from PESStatsDatabase) (So teams like Hull and Stoke aren't horribly unplayable)
-Bundesliga appearances almost completely re-done
-Major transfers for EPL,Bundesliga,La Liga, Serie A and some other big clubs (Ajax,Porto,Lyon etc)
-South Africa and Wales with licensed (created) kits
-Chelsea, Bolton, Wigan, Tottenham and Manchester City kits updated
-National teams kits (without badges) (just correct colours) done
Credit to DAYMOS for South Africa, Wales, Chelsea and Bolton kits
-Credit to TROEDALBAER for emblems, most uniforms
-Credit to me (lol) for appearance, stats, some updated stats
**Update** Wolves added in place of WBA
**Update** SC Zamalek and Bursaspor replace WE and PES United

Progress is slow (so far) but it's getting there, i'd say it'll probably be all done in 2-3 weeks (because I have no intention to spend every waking minute of the day editing)
So far all I have done is
Updated Chelsea (Home Kit)
Updated Wales team (Players like Williams, Collison, Evans in the squad)
Re-done a lot of player stats for Arsenal and created Kieran Gibbs.
