Hi,i was wondering is it possible to add 2 european leagues?
This year we are not allowed to edit portuguese league so we need another way.

I want to add:

Bundesliga (PEU LEAGUE)

1.HNL Hrvatski Telekom Liga (Croatian league, for this one i need lague to edit so i can play Master League)

MLS (PLA LEAGUE)

Liga MX (in other latin)

J.League (PAS LEAGUE)

CSL League (PEA LEAGUE)

Any suggestion is appreciated. If anyone have any of those leagues done (OF), you can put it here.
Thanks in advance.

It's not possible to have 2 european leagues on PES 2019. Only one. And there's no Other European Teams to edit either. So, no possibility at all. PES 2019 is very bad for the editing community.

That's why I say that PES is losing what makes it special - the possibility of creating and playing with the leagues you want.

The only possible European Leagues to edit left are English League, English 2nd Div, Italian League, Spanish League, and PEU League.

Since you will use PEU for Bundesliga, and I assume you would not sacrifice English, Italian, and Spanish league, so the only possible league left to edit is English 2nd Division.
There's 20 fake teams in PEU while Bundesliga consist of 18. There's already 2 German team in game, so you only need the other 16 teams to complete Bundesliga. That left 4 fake teams from PEU League.

Dinamo Zagreb is already in game. So you left to edit 9 other teams. 4 fake teams from the PEU League, and the hard part, you need to sacrifice 5 English 2nd Division teams to complete your Croatian League.

Of course this means in ML the league will count as 2nd divison of England and will have promotion/relegation and no qualification to European competition. And another one thing you also can't reduce the draw size of the league (24 teams).

yes, that is the problem because i cant reduce draw size for english 2 and the other things you mentioned. i guess there is only one thing to do and that is edit 4 teams from 1.hnl and put them in other european. so no master league this year with croatian league :(

Hi Philips m8!

This is a real nightmare that came true! Now with the loss of the CL license we all hoped/expected more fake leagues so we could play more but no.. worse!! We have fewer leagues!!

So if i want it or not i MUST keep sticking to pes 2018 because i really love classic teams and i've put them all in Serie B so i can play CL exhibition matches but with 2019 i wouldn't??

At this point konami is really going the wrong way!! Like you say.. editing is what makes pes so special but now even that is going away??

I didn't bought 2019 and i won't and even.. if it keeps getting this way... fewer leagues to edit i won't buy pes anymore and keep sticking to 2018!!

Exactly, I won't be buying 2019 either, I'll be finishing my PES 2018 team exports and then I wanted to help updating the All National Teams project on PES 2017. Those two games are better than PES 2019.

And I won't buy another PES game until Konami learns how to add things without removing others.

Nope I didn't buy, and I won't buy, unless the DLC bring in something very special for the editing, which I seriously doubt since their priorities are making money with MyClub, add a lot of boots all of the same color and making sure Barça players have the latest tatoos and hairstyles.

Hahaha that's very true!

But there are a whole bunch of people who care about that nonsense crap. You see them complaining about Messi's hair and Neymar's tatoos and shit
And they are the types who say "who needs that league anyway" for virtually any addition. And they also say shit like: "you can't use it in online/myclub anyway" for anything editing related.

The problem is that there are many of them, if not the majority. They are ruining our games!

PS: also from their vocabulary: "Master league is boring!" and "But he retired, why is he still in the game?"

Dude, Zidane, saw you on playstation, I messaged you there.

Here's just an idea of what I would love:

What if Konami made a game like this: PES "Community Edition", a game completely in blank, where they give us a bunch of fake teams and leagues (like 25-30 leagues or so?) and then we make whatever we want with those leagues, choosing how many teams we want in them and what country are they from.

Also, you could also attach more leagues to it to make 2nd and even 3rd or 4th divisions, and choose how many teams are promoted/relegated or what teams play in cup. This way, if you just want to create the teams of your country up to the regional amateur league and play a Master League with that, you'd be able to do it.

You could then play with those teams in Exhibition matches, Cup/League mode, Master League and Become a Legend. You could also "deactivate" leagues in ML/BAL so they wouldn't be there if you don't want to edit every single league.

Also, the international competitions for the clubs (Champions League, Libertadores, Club World Cup etc.) would be generic, and you could edit the rules, example: choose how many teams from each league could qualify for it

You could also create national teams from scratch if there were at least a certain number of players of that nationality in game (for example, if there were at least 30 players of Portugal in your game, you could create Portugal national team). Competitions for national teams could be customized as well, in the same way as Champions League, Libertadores, etc.

Some new features of this edit mode could be:
- A file to import/export a single player. We have .ted (team export data?) and .ced (competition export data), so, a player edit data? (.ped file?)
- A menu on "advanced options" when you import teams where you could see what players would be replaced and, if there are any conflicts like those when you override the same slot for a team, sort out those conflicts easily, perhaps by changing the players that are going to be replaced.
- Options to add balls, boots, scoreboards, adboards, perhaps some chants (or at least some chant styles, like on PS2) etc. You'll need those since your game is generic and you need to add that content to it.
- Option to import player faces like on PC?
- A "Community" section on edit mode, where you could see team exports made by other people and import them directly to your game, and also share your exports (not only teams, but also competitions, player faces, etc. Note that you could still import/export those things with a USB flash drive, like you do nowadays)

This game main focus would be on offline modes, but you'd still have the option to play online friendly matches, or perhaps tournaments, where you could set up rules, so you don't end up playing against tons of players with 99+ overall.

Obviously, this game, without licensed stuff and players, would cost less than the main PES game. It would be released on PS4, PC (even though on PC it's already possible to do some of the things I listed on here, not all of them though) and Xbox One only if Microsoft allow the use of Option Files.

Some might say "I can't even imagine the amount of editing needed in there! Hundreds of hours editing? No one will want that!" But I don't agree with that, if you do all alone it might take a long time, but PES has a great community, lots of people from their countries create their leagues in PES, for example, on PES 2018, I've seen team exports for leagues Bundesliga (Germany), Liga MX (Mexico), MLS (USA), J. League (Japan), Chinese Super League (China), A-League (Australia), Ireland League, Austria League, Danish league, etc. If you could put all of those togheter it would be awesome, so, think about the possibilities of a game like this :D

I know this is impossible, since there wouldn't be microtransactions and MyClub, so not much money for Konami's pockets (money is ruining our games, we got to admit it), and I don't even know if it is technically possible to make it easy enough for players to edit like that, but if there existed something like this, would you buy it?

I would

I absolutely would! This is one of the best things in PES - the editing. I love the fact that I can choose what leagues/teams are in my game. And also, didn't the older PES games not have any licenses at all? But you could edit everything? As long as the gameplay is good that was what people wanted, right? Because those games are considered monumental now.

Btw Philips, do you know of any export/video for PES 18 or 19 that has Nuno Gomes with a very realistic face? I am trying to recreate my favorite NT of all times - Portugal 2000.

I would

i would want that definitely, blank game (except their gameplay :) ) 50% off price and they let us to do what we want. Maybe then they would be more focused about those mistakes they repeating every year ( fouls, GK, pushing player away ( only CPU can do that in pes 2019) etc. )

If you mean the really old PES (like PES 2, for example) no, they didn't have licenses, but after that I think they had some licenses, for example, I still own my PES 2009 copy and we had License for 1 or 2 english team (Man. United? Liverpool? I don't remember exactly), French Ligue 1, Eredivisie, some La Liga teams and some teams in "Other European Teams".

Gameplay would be like what they have done in recent years, and it would also be one of their focus ;)

Regarding Nuno Gomes face, the best one I could find was this one, it's from PES 2017 but I think it might work in 2018/19 too (that's the only advantage from the editing mode being the same every year ):

Yes, the gameplay wouldn't be blank obvisouly , it would be similar to what we have now with those mistakes finished ;)
