Alright chaps.

Hoping someone will know the answer to this.

I've started a ML and have noticed there are in the region of 40-50 fake teams that appear. You can't see them in edit mode.

I ain't bothered about kits, players or badges as it's rare you'll play them but seeing one of these bloody teams top a Euro League group is getting on my nerves.

I have used Daymos V2 file but done a load of editing myself. Therefore I want to be able to keep my file but somehow get into it to edit the names of these teams.

Does anyone know how to do this? I play on XBox360. Is there a program that I can get to do it?

Konami do my bloody head in.

Well, I've had a google etc... and managed to get the XBox save onto a PC editing tool.

However, I can't work out how you get the file back onto XBox? I followed instructions on how to decrypt etc... and rebuild using Le Fluffie but if you put the edited edit.bin onto a USB it don't show up?? Anyone know what to do next?

There seems to be a huge shroud over this editing lark. The people who know how to do it are so secretive about it. I've offered to help numerous times only to get 'I'll do that, don't worry'. Thing is, there are loads of people who would be willing to help out and edit stuff, therefore completed files would take a few weeks instead of 5-6 months and counting.

The way it's going, everyone might as well just not bother with PES2014 cos' by the time anyone gets a full file out it's going to be 2015 anyway.

It can be done as you have worked out using PC editing tools, there is not much discussion about these methods this year however as the multiconverter has a bug which resets all the teams names as soon as you copy the file back to your console.

I'm no expert on doing it with Xbox but if you check this thread for PES 2013 http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=93249 it will give you some tips mate.

Forums for 2014 seem a bit dead in general, all of them quiet. Guess people feel the game has been a big let down in some ways.

I saw about the converter resetting the names. Wouldn't matter anyway as it kept saying my XBox file was corupt once back on console.

Konami really never learn do they. I really fail to understand how they have the license to the Copa Libertadores yet you load ML and it's full of silly fake teams. Madness.
