So I'm playing the game, as one does, two nil up and cruising.
Pegged back to two-two with ten minutes to play...
Final action in stoppage time, I win a corner, every man bar one right back up.
Keeper clears, whistle goes, damn...
In frustration at my inabilty to keep hold of the lead, I hoof the ball back into the opposition half with my right back (still AFTER the final whistle), and what pops up?
Long Ranger trophy achieved, 53m...

I don't think it had anything to do with your defender hoofing it. Trophies come up after the games in general. But I too got my Long Ranger trophy without scoring from long range.... weird eh?

Also, good match on Saturday. Really impressed by you lot!

I also got mine on the first game, weird thing is that the game ended 0-0 ><
But yesterday I scored a belter from near the halfway line with Essien- so I've got that cleared

Anyway, it's a free gold trophy, not like I'm complaining
