Master League Promotion?

Was wondering if anyone could help me. Started a master league in the lowest division d2. Won the league and got promoted to D1. But I've since won this league but I don't seem to be getting promoted to division C. Does anyone have idea why I'm not being promoted?!

you have been promoted but i think you have mistaken the leagues as A,B,C and D as higher leagues

Oh right. so you don't go from d to C? Is it the same with the other leagues? Basically you just pick one to be in and that's you?

yes thats exactly right ,its the same for every league

what i do on the leagues tho ,is in the dutch league is remove the weaker teams and swap them with strong teams who arent included in any other leagues IE bayern munich ,porto,sporting ,benfica

even tho there not in my league ,it makes european competition a little bit stronger and also makes buying the good players that would have been left out a little bit harder
