There's a few good players in the youth team.. camacho and duffy make a good solid midfield... palmieri and vandebuurd good cb

Yeah, but playing Master League is about building/managing a team, and development. Little bit like an RPG ^^
You can't develop into a good young team, if you don't build up youngsters from scratch (like in BAL mode). And you surely don't want all youngsters to have the same name as existing players...even if they had, where would the "realism" go?!
If you want to play only with existing players, then you should turn player development off. But then you wouldn't need to look for "talented" players anymore...would be pretty boring imo.
