Anyone find that clubs NEVER offer you fair and top fees for players but always demand them ?
Bought KDB from Manchester city for 55 million
Season after was offered 35 million for him.
Had offers for ozil alexis bellerin and walcott
Not one over 30 million !
Also does anyone know why emirates stadium isn't in the game ?

Yea I think most people on here will confirm what you have said about having to pay over the odds for players and receiving crap offers for your own. It just seems to be the way it is. Mean that using the youth team is more valuable than ever as you don't need to pay transfer fees.
Not sure in particular why the Emirates is not in the game. You could ask the question why should the Emirates be in the game when there are so few stadiums overall in the game. Maybe just not high enough in the list of priority stadiums to include. I think Arsenal have one of the biggest fanbases though so might make sense for them to have added it.
Also the Emirates is not too different to one of the generic grounds so maybe they thought they'd add somewhere really distinctive like Anfield that looks a lot different to the generic grounds? Maybe I'm just talking crap now??
