The first part is simple you open a game with Barcelona and you put the 5 million scouter in the end that can see the players stats and skill cards without viewing them. You play the first matches automatic, skip them, untill the change and from them you can do a search ages 15-25, stats 65-109 and you can locate the players you like from there. As far as i remember perin is a good investment for a keeper, Manolas as fast defender, A. Sanchez, R. R. Drenthe, ...
Then you can buy them from the start in your team just make sure you edit your team first and change the stadium to camp nou is the biggest stadium in pes 2011 and will help you get better money from the start and better money per game, especially champions league.
The second part is tricky you must make sure none of player will make it mvp, best in passes, top scorer or make it to the league best team in the end and the best way to do it is avoid using them in the last 10 matches especially the last one!? There is no on other way i mean.
I play Barcelona and I'm forced to have 3 players as loan every season just to cover my expenses with some good defenders you can 30-40 millions from loan it helps a lot. Sometimes i buy players young just to shell them later more expensive i mean if you constantly win everything is nuts some of your player end up costing 20 to 35 millions i mean more that sponsor earnings all together and is extremely difficult to keep them!!!!
10 millions to the youth team is also helpful but only if you have a 5 million scouter with more points in top players and less points in weak players AND also a 5 millions couch with more points to detection!
