master negotiator- not working

Just recently purchased the master negotiator expansion from extra content. And I still can not sign any players, it's impossible.
has anyone else had this same problem?

Ive done that, once you start a new master league are you supposed to see the setting in the general settings? I don't see it.

It appears in a screen after the first screen where you set all the ML settings (level, currency, ...)

That I saw. After I turn it on and start a new ML and am playing that ML, when I go to general settings and you can see all the settings you ML is on, it's not there. I've given up, I'm assuming the first year of ML with your crappy team you can't attract any players. In PES 2011 master negotiator worked freakishly well, this year like abu97 said it's just more realistic.

Ok, so you've already turned it on (hehe ^^). It's correct that you can't see it in the settings menu, because you didn't see it in the settings menu before at start of ML, because it's not part of the settings but part of the extras. And it's non-reversible ^^

Master-negotiator does not guarantee 100% success. It just increases your chances. The most important factor is still (like in PES2011) your scout.
I think it's also a matter of money. I think if you have only 2mil and want to sign a 10mil player, negotiations will be canceled by them pretty soon. But that's just an assumption ^^

master negotiator! I gotta say in pes 11 that option really became a life saver but this year konami has given pes 12 a more realistic point of view .. which it is kind of annoying but I really enjoy ML without master negotiator.. I'm on my 3rd season and I have great signings which im proud of...

I am playing with SuperLeeds in Npower, 1st season.
Also turned MN on but it doesnt help me at all.

Probably because Leeds is ranked 132th and we are playing in low league.

Got Gunter from Forrest ang Schindlerlin from Soton.
Gunter I always gets, but almost nobody else.

Either the players say that it is a step down or they do not fancy the competition :(

Anyways I hope that it will help when I am promoted to premiership

your team must be highly ranked to sign top players

you can't sign Messi from the first year

you must win champions league and other competitions

that will make it easier to sign

i couldn't sign maicon from the first year, but now i can

Promoted at last :)

As soon as the season was over I got severeal transfers.

Gerrard CB from Cardiff, Deegan CMF from Coventry and Jutchevic from Coventry.

Now we are ready for Europe :cool:

I think u should start a new master league also wait until the UEFA super cup date also bring a new negotiator then start bringing new player ;)
