Just to let you know, I have a Tyler Blackett and Jesse Lingard which I will be posting soon. More pleased with Lingard than Blackett at the moment.

Actually I'm not at all happy with Blackett (doing dark skinned players in PES14 is quite hard, I wish there were more tones)

However here is Jesse Lingard. (Formula to follow)
