PES2014 was the begining of a sad, new era, where Classic NTs were replaced by that shitty colection of european and non-european players.

Do any of the players on those 2 teams age, retire, and re-appear as youth players? Is it possible to have them appear in the youth squad?

If enabled in the ML menu, they appear under the 'OTHER' teams and can be signed by teams. Then they proceed to age, retire and re-appear as regens as usual.
I am not sure what the criteria is for a player to appear in the youth squad, so I will hazard a guess that it is possible, but don't depend on it. Rejoice if it actually happens.

Even then, it used to be much better. For instance, classic england used to have 22 of their best players. Stanley Matthews, Dixie Dean, Tom Finney etc. Then they changed it to the 1990 team and the 1996 team.

To find patches and other info regarding editing head to Editing section of the forum. The most famous ones at the moment are PTE patch and PesGalaxy patch, imo.
