Hi, I've just come up with a way to change the default members of the Master League, and I've created a file!
Japanese and English versions of the site are available. The member is PES2010 specification.

You can EDIT the Default Master League Teams (https://www.pesmaster.com/fr/pes-2021/?q=Ml+default#leagues) with a TED Editor --- Basically same principe as Pleasure Horn.

Take 3 fake teams and make them the same squad size as the ML Teams. Edit those players however you want. Then export those teams. Use a PC TED Editor. Change Team IDs and Manager ID's of those 3 exported teams to the ML teams ID info. Then change each fake teams Player IDs to the ML team player IDs. Then import into game.
