Please I need to know how to allocate more Focus Points in Training Menu
It's My third Season and I Manage Real Madrid & Brazil.

My Total Focus Points Is 21 Point

Please tell me how to increase it, So I can improve & develop my young players.

Stuck on this myself. Started in year 1 as worst team in D2 and now won D2, FA Cup, top of Premiership, got another final coming up, and in quarter finals of Europa League - yet still not a single point has been added (nearing end of year 2)
