ok i have tried to change these myself but i cant get it right
i want this

done with a white logistics logo
like this (both clear and with the stripes if you can)

i also want this

with the glass shatter effect added to it please like so

i have just spent 10 hours trying to do this my self and now im just getting pissed off with them
please try to keep them the same size as they are now
