i think TAC has to do with ur teamwork stats, at least that's what it was in pes2012. i haven't really played too far into ML to comment on what causes TAC to change.

in pes2012 there's a training option for tactics...

are ur players all new to ur team?

If you always play the same formation and have the same gameplan/tactic your tac will stay low. Mix it up, adjust to the opponent and your tac will rise.

What you said seems to make sense, have not noticed how the change of tactics influence the tactic increase, will try it out in my ML soon.

Not every time, at least I don't think so..I am playing with Heerenveen so I do set my tactics to quick counter and play with 5 midfielders against stronger opponents. Glas I could help guys! :)
