Newb OF Question for X-box 360

Hi There,

I'm new to X-box and all that goes with it so please go easy. I'm trying to clarify what I need to do to install an OF for PES 2010. I know this forum is for PES 2011 but the thread I'm referring to hasn't been touched since November last year so I thought it best to post on a more active forum.

I'm referring to the option file here http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=77529 that arsenald has done for PES 2010. It says that "u must have the latest title update from nov 2009, to use this OF, and up to March DLC4 installed. Dont install any further dlc until OF applied".

Firstly, how do I know if I have the update from Nov 2009 and if I don't have it how do i get it? Secondly, it then says I need the March DLC4 installed - what is this and again how do I get it?

Finally, can I use the guide here http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=80415 for installing the OF on PES 2010 as well as 2011?
